Successful Motion for Summary Judgement by Brendan Friedman and Ed Shepyer

Congratulations to Brendan Friedman and Ed Shepyer for obtaining summary judgment in a highly contentious defamation case centered on sexual abuse allegations. As a result of their strategic approach and carefully crafted legal arguments, Brendan and Ed established that their client did not commit defamation per se, extreme and outrageous conduct, or civil conspiracy. All claims against the client were dismissed in this multi-million dollar litigation, and the opposing party will pay litigation costs.
