Patricia Griffith

Patricia Griffith has nearly a decade of litigation experience.  Her practice is concentrated in construction law, with a particular focus on the defense of construction defect claims involving residential, commercial, and multi-family projects. Patricia represents general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and other construction professionals throughout all phases of litigation.  In addition to her extensive construction defect practice, Patricia has significant experience in traditional insurance defense litigation and has experience defending a wide range of personal injury cases and advises construction clients on risk management issues, contract issues, contract drafting, and lease negotiations.  Patricia’s experience also includes insurance coverage analysis which provides valuable insight into the complex coverage issues that often arise in construction defect disputes, enabling her to develop strategic and cost-effective resolutions for her clients.

As an added bonus, Patricia’s mother is a judge in Midland, Texas and as such, Patricia has a unique understanding of the civil litigation process and what it takes to successfully litigate cases, whether to a judge or jury.
