Max Gad

Max Gad joined Lasater & Martin in 2019 with nearly 6 years of defense experience litigating and defending injury cases, including automobile, trucking, and premises liability matters, as well as complex construction defect litigation cases, representing both a variety of subcontractors as well as general contractors.  Prior to practicing as an attorney, Max clerked in Colorado’s 18th Judicial District, including over two years in a purely civil docket.  This experience exposed Max to the inner workings of the courtroom and jury system and gave him the opportunity to draft over 150 orders in civil cases for motions seeking relief under a variety of rules, as well as appellate opinions in appeals stemming from County Court.  Max enjoys building relationships with his clients and believes that every defense case is truly a team effort.

Work History

After graduating from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2010, Max clerked in the 18th Judicial District, first as a floater/death penalty law clerk, and then on a civil docket with the Honorable J. Mark Hannen for over two years. Max spent the next six years defending personal injury and construction defect matters at two respected defense firms in the Denver area.
