Max Gad

Max Gad is a partner of the firm with nearly 10 years of defense experience litigating and defending complex construction defect litigation cases, representing both subcontractors and general contractors, as well as injury cases including automobile, trucking, and premises liability matters. Prior to practicing as an attorney, Max clerked in Colorado’s 18th Judicial District, including over two years in a purely civil docket. This experience exposed Max to the inner workings of the courtroom and jury system and gave him the opportunity to draft over 150 orders in civil cases for motions seeking relief under a variety of rules, as well as appellate opinions in appeals stemming from County Court. Max enjoys building relationships with his clients and believes that every defense case is truly a team effort.

Work History

After graduating from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2010, Max clerked in the 18th Judicial District, including over two years on a purely civil docket with the Honorable J.
