Ed Shepyer

Ed Shepyer is an associate at Lasater & Martin, P.C. Prior to joining the firm, Ed practiced civil litigation for a decade at law firms in the Denver area, representing individuals and businesses in a wide range of disputes in county, state, and federal court, with a more recent emphasis on commercial transactions and construction. In his career, he has successfully negotiated settlements in numerous cases and obtained judgments for clients at trial. He also possesses significant experience in advising business clients on matters affecting their day-to-day operations, such as maintaining corporate formalities and employment best practices. Through his experience, Ed understands that time and resources are valuable commodities for his clients and therefore he strives to obtain resolution of cases as early and cost-effectively as possible. When resolution is not a viable option, Ed is willing and able to take his cases to trial and achieve favorable results for his clients.

Since joining Lasater & Martin, P.C., Ed has handled matters involving construction defect, automobile accident, defamation, and other general liability issues.
