Diana Bandoh

Diana Bandoh is a Senior Associate with the firm and brings over a decade of experience across both transactional and litigation practices. Known for her attention to detail, practical judgment, and calm, strategic presence, Diana is especially skilled at untangling complex disputes. Her early legal career was built in high-velocity corporate environments. She now applies that insight to her litigation practice where her clients benefit from her dual lens: the discipline and precision of a former transactional attorney, paired with the agility and creativity of a litigator.

Diana is known for identifying leverage points others miss and for building compelling, detail-oriented arguments that shift momentum in seemingly unwinnable cases. Her goal is never to win for the sake of winning—it’s to find the solution that best serves the client’s long-term interest. In 2024, Diana completed the Dallas Bar Association’s WE LEAD Program (Women Empowered to Lead in the Legal Profession), a highly selective leadership initiative designed to elevate women leaders in the Dallas legal community. The experience deepened her commitment to integrity-driven leadership, intergenerational mentorship, and professional excellence.

Outside the courtroom, Diana is passionate about wellness, movement, and intentional living. Before law school, she trained in classical ballet for nearly 20 years and later taught salsa in college. Today, she enjoys long walks, yoga, spin classes, and time spent with family and friends.
